Audit trail report displays the updated evaluation along with parameters.
To view Audit Trail Report, go to Reports>Trending/Audit Report>Audit Trail Report as shown in the below screen-
The system will redirect to the following screen-
Enter the details in the respective field and click Search button. The report will be generated in following format-
Further, when a user clicks on View Trail link as shown highlighted in the below screen-
The system will redirect to the detailed report of Audit Trail in the format as shown in the below screen-
A user can also view all the evaluations of audit trial by clicking on “View All Trial Evaluation” link in the report as shown highlighted in the below screen-
This will redirect the user to following console displaying all the audit trail evaluations at one place-
