This feature allows an agent to rate his Supervisor on the basis of the coaching. However, it solely depends upon the discretion of Admin to provide access to an agent to rate his supervisor.
- To enable the Supervisor coaching rate, an Admin needs to visit Manage>Forms
- Select the form and make it active as shown in the below screen-
•Click on Edit under Settings option and the following screen will be displayed
•Select Supervisor Coaching Rating Required as shown below-
•After making selections click on 
button.
Now to rate the coaching given by Supervisor an agent needs to visit My Universe>My Evaluation and the following screen will be displayed
•Click on the icon under View option and the following screen will be displayed.
•Scroll down below on the screen to rate the Supervisor for coaching as shown highlighted in the below image-
•By default the selected option for Coaching Done by Supervisor is No. When an agent selects the option to Yes from dropdown box, the following changes will appear on the screen-
•In the above screen, an agent can include the Coaching Comment for the coaching given by Supervisor. The comment section also includes icons for spell check and canned response.
•Below to the Coaching Comment is Coaching Rating which is by default set to 1. An agent can rate the Supervisor for coaching by choosing the points from the dropdown box as shown in the below image-
