This report displays KPB report of a selected form for a particular date and time period.
To view the report go to Reports>Report>Supervisor Level Report>KPB Index Report as shown in the below screen-
The system will redirect to the following screen-
As shown in the above screen, enter relevant details in the respective fields.
Click Generate Report button after entering all the details. The report will be displayed in the following format-
