This report provides daily program summary report by sub program for a selected evaluation form for a given time period.
To access the report go to Reports>Report>Agent Level Report>Daily Program Summary Report By Sub Program. This is as shown in the below screen-
The system will redirect to the following screen-
Enter details in the respective fields. Click Generate Report button to view the report, which displays in the following format-
