Manager Evaluation page displays a summary of all the evaluations of agents under the particular manager.
To view Manager Evaluation page, go to My Universe>Manager Evaluation.
Evaluation summary on Manager Evaluation page
- To view the Evaluation counts for particular month select the month from the dropdown list.
- To view all the evaluations list, click Total.
