The by-default screen of Program Access Group module is the Add Groups. This section permits to create a new group in the system.
This is shown in the screen below-
Enter the name of the group in “Group Name” field. Click 
to submit the group name entry or click 
button to reset the entry.
Once the entry is submitted, the browser will display the following message-
The entered group could be found in Search group as shown boxed in the screen below-
