KPB Index or a Key Performance Behavior Index tracks the performance of an agent for a given parameter of a program. The performance is analyzed on the basis of configured benchmark.
To set a KPB Index go to Manage>KPI and the following console appears on the screen as shown below-
The Add KPI tab will be the default selected tab.
For Step 1 category-
- Select a required KPI type from dropdown field
- Select KPB Index as a KPI name from dropdown field
Both of these fields shown highlighted in the screen below-
Also, when a KPI Type and KPI name are selected from respective dropdown field, Step 2 and Step 3 get enabled by the system as shown in the above screen.
User also has the option to add a new KPI name by clicking Add new KPI button
System opens KPI Name window on console.
- Enter a desired KPI name in the field
- Select a KPI type for entered KPI name
Both highlighted in the below screen-
Click Add button to add the KPI name.
System displays the added KPI name in the list.
Click Edit icon to edit a KPI name. Click Delete icon to delete a KPI name. Click button to close the window.
For Step 2 category–
- Select client name from the field
- Select program name from the field
- Select evaluation form name from the field
- Select a parameter from a selected evaluation form –
These are shown highlighted in the below screen-
Click Add button
– The selected parameter will be displayed in the highlighted field.
Repeat the process to add more parameters if needed.
Click Delete button to delete selected parameter.
For Step 3 category-
Enter email IDs of the recipients in the distro field. The system will trigger the mail to entered distro list.
Enter the duration of hours. The system will trigger the mail to distro list in the interval of entered hour duration.
Select a benchmark index. If the score obtained is below the set benchmark then system will trigger the mail to distro list.
A user can refer the mentioned index rating against the percentage to enter the same for Index benchmark field.
Click submit button after making all the entries
The submitted KPB Index for a KPI type displays in the grid on the same console.
