While reviewing evaluations, an agent will have an option to rate the coach. The coach rating will range on the scale between 1 and 5, with 1 being the worst and 5 as the best. An agent can select a particular rating for a coach from the rating options. A coach will have no option to view the ratings given by an agent.
Methods to enable coach effectiveness feature-
There are two methods to configure coaching effectiveness feature within QEvalPro for agents-
Method 1: While creating an evaluation form from Admin panel-
- Go to Manage>Forms>Create Evaluation Form
- Select the radio button for “Start with a blank evaluation form”
- Select “Supervisor Coaching Rating Required” radio button from the list of options
- Click “Create Evaluation Form” button
Method 2: While editing an existing form-
- Go to Manage>Forms
- Click Edit button for a desired form to view the list of options
- Select radio button for “Supervisor Coaching Rating Required” from the list of options
- Click Save button to save the changes
Agent View-
Once the feature is enabled from admin panel, coach effectiveness option will be visible in agent’s review evaluation console-
Mentioned below are the steps for agents to consider while reviewing any evaluation:
Step 1:
If supervisor has not provided any coaching then agents have to click on self review and submit the evaluation-
Step 2:
If supervisor has provided the coaching then agent has to click on coach review option which will open coaching feedback survey. Agent has to rate his supervisor coaching on the scale between 1 and 5, with 1 being the worst and 5 as the best.
