Create Evaluation Form

QEvalPro allows the user to create customized evaluation form as per the requirements. Further the tool also provides the options to create a customized evaluation form mentioned below.

To create a new evaluation form, follow the steps given below:

1.Click Create Evaluation Form button button and the following screen appears.

The page displays two options for creating evaluation form:

•Start with a blank evaluation form

•Copy an existing evaluation form
