Report Categorization

For the suitability of the users, all the reports of QEvalPro monitoring tool have been properly bifurcated and placed under various relevant categories. Further, every category has a search functionality. This categorization will help the users for ease of pulling the desired reports for their use from the tool. 

QEvalPro provides the feature of Good Call Library, which includes the records of good calls ideal enough to be referred by either agent or supervisor.

Chat Feature

This feature allows all the user roles involved within QEvalPro monitoring tool to exchange messages regarding a particular evaluation. The only required condition for this functionality to work is that the Client Name along with its associated Program Name and User Name should be enabled with chat functionality. 

QEvalPro provides the feature of Good Call Library, which includes the records of good calls ideal enough to be referred by either agent or supervisor.

Audit Trail

A QEvalPro feature, which displays the history of any updated evaluation along with the parameter where the changes have been done. The changes will be only visible if the particular evaluation form is enabled with Audit trail functionality. 

Good Call Library

QEvalPro provides the feature of Good Call Library, which includes the records of good calls ideal enough to be referred by either agent or supervisor. This feature is intended to improve the performance of agent during a call. A good call will be uploaded in the library only by an admin.
