Global Services This report displays the overall calibration scores of individual calibrators and Master Calibrator.
To view the report, move the pointer to Reports>QA Performance Report>Overall Calibration Report as shown in the screen below-

Select the date type from below three formats for the report to be displayed- •Evaluation Date •Call/Chat Date •Modified Date |

Select Evaluator Role |
Select the name of evaluator from the table. Click To select a role, click |
to select and enter all the roles in the selection box.
