This report has been designed to display QA accuracy of the user.
To view the report go to Reports>QA Performance Report>Overall Accuracy Report By QA as shown below-

This will redirect the user to below screen-

 Select the date type from below three formats for the report to be displayed- •Evaluation Date •Call/Chat Date •Modified Date  |

 Select Evaluator Role  | 
 Select the name of evaluator from the table. Click  To select a role, click   | 
Provide entries in the respective fields and click 
 button. The system will then generate the following report as shown below-
