Once the viewing rights have been assigned by admin, supervisor will be able to view coaching stats from his/her console. This is as shown below-

Click on Coaching tab as shown highlighted above and the system will redirect to the following screen-

The grid displays the total coaching of all the agents for the particular supervisor. This includes Open and Closed coaching both.

To view open training list in console-

• Click on the Open Training tab 
• Click on any one of the particular Agent to view the training status. The system will generate a grid for the open training status of the particular agent. This is as shown highlighted below-

• Click on any one of Answer ID from the grid to view the status in detail and the system will redirect to the following screen-

To view closed training list in console-

• Click on Closed Training tab
• Click on any one of the particular Agent to view the training status. The system will generate a grid for the closed training status of the particular agent as shown highlighted below-

• Click on any one of Answer ID from the grid to view the status in detail and the system will redirect to the following screen-

A closed training view will include agent’s digital signature along with date on which the training was completed. This is as shown highlighted below.
