Click Manage>Coach Tactical Warehouse on the console as shown in the below screen-

Configuring Email Notification for Tactical Coach Warehouse-
For any coaching assigned to a coachee (agent) on any particular parameter of an evaluation, the coachee, coach and the higher management can be notified through an email. The email will be triggered to respective users, only if the same has been configured by an admin.
- To configure an email notification, go to Manage>Program>Add Program. Scroll down on the console and select the checkbox for “Is Tactical Warehouse mail required?” as shown in the below screen-
- As shown highlighted in the above screen, an admin has the option to select any one or all the checkboxes. When an admin selects the checkbox for “Other”, the system displays a distribution field, where an admin can enter email address of desired user or multiple users separated with commas as shown in the below screen-
